As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting white-collar property professionals of all seniority levels into mainly consultancy, developers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uncover new business opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication
  • Understand candidate job search criteria and match the best opportunities to their skillset and experience
  • Advertise live vacancies across multiple platforms to attract top talent
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and placements using our in-house database and admin processes
  • Nurture and grow client relationships like a pro, speaking to HR, Talent teams, Directors, and Line Managers
  • Attend meetings with candidates and clients via Teams and Face to Face
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand candidate job search criteria and match the best opportunities to their skillset and experience
  • Strong business development skills, with a focus on uncovering new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
