Job Title: Assistant Manager - Commercial Operations

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales and operational staff, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • Member Experience: Deliver exceptional member experiences, ensuring that all interactions are positive, engaging, and meet the highest standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance member experiences.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and competencies.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a commercial operations or business development role, with a track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
