Key Responsibilities- Deliver specialist physiotherapy services to patients with complex neurological conditions, focusing on rehabilitation and enabling them to achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions between hospital and community settings.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers, empowering them to take an active role in their care and rehabilitation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
- CSP-recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy.
- Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Evidence of postgraduate education and continuing professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to travel across sites, independently, and participate in on-call duties and community rotations.
