We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in the Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialist physiotherapy services to patients with complex neurological conditions, focusing on rehabilitation and enabling them to achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions between hospital and community settings.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers, empowering them to take an active role in their care and rehabilitation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
Requirements
  • CSP-recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy.
  • Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Evidence of postgraduate education and continuing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to travel across sites, independently, and participate in on-call duties and community rotations.
