Position Overview

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role within the Maintenance team, ensuring effective planning and health and safety management for various works, including reactive and routine tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic planning and execution of work programs, meeting company and contractual KPIs while striving for continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing change controls on-site, with a strong focus on health and safety, aiming for zero accidents and environmental incidents.
  • Conducting safety inspections of all operations, collaborating with the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to promote best practices.
  • Managing the development and training of site teams, ensuring compliance with training qualifications and competence requirements.
  • Adhering to CDM regulations and promoting environmental best practices across all projects.

Candidate Profile:

This Supervisor role is ideal for individuals who:

  • Possess SMSTS or SSSTS/NRSWA certifications and hold a valid LGV driving license along with City and Guilds 6159.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, with experience in managing high-profile contracts in highways and traffic management.
  • Have a solid understanding of fleet management and O Licence compliance.
