Key Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role within the Maintenance team, ensuring effective planning and health and safety compliance for various works, including emergency and routine tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic planning and execution of work programs, ensuring adherence to company and contractual KPIs while striving for continuous improvement.
- Overseeing change controls on-site, prioritizing health and safety to achieve zero accidents and environmental incidents.
- Conducting safety inspections and collaborating with the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to promote best practices across the contract.
- Managing the professional development of site teams, ensuring all training and competency requirements are met.
- Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and promoting environmental best practices throughout all operations.
Candidate Profile:
This Supervisor position is ideal for individuals who:
- Possess SMSTS or SSSTS/NRSWA certifications and hold a valid LGV driving license along with City and Guilds 6159.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, motivating teams and possessing experience in high-profile contracts related to highways and traffic management.
- Have a solid understanding of fleet management and O Licence compliance.
