About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at Search, a reputable company specializing in property management and lettings. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients, registering and matching applicants with suitable properties, and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Register and match applicants with suitable properties, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
  • Book and conduct viewings, obtaining feedback and updating vendors to ensure timely sales progression
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to achieve successful outcomes
  • Manage sales progression, liaising with solicitors and all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Identify business opportunities for additional services, such as financial and valuation services, to enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records using property software and associated systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential sales or a relevant commercial background, with a strong understanding of the property industry
  • Strong self-management and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new software and systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
