We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and negotiating sales agreements with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register applicants and match them with properties based on their requirements
  • Manage a register of applicants and identify business opportunities
  • Book viewings, obtain feedback, and provide regular updates to vendors
  • Book market appraisals and EPCs
  • Provide support and advice to vendors to help them achieve the best outcome
  • Use property software and other associated systems to assist with activities
  • Keep in regular contact with available stock to ensure vendors have a consistent level of contact throughout the marketing process
  • Take offers and record all appropriate information
  • Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors to a successful conclusion
  • Obtain proof of funding and process ID for AML compliance checks
  • Sales progression and liaising with solicitors
  • Diarising sales progression and ensuring all updates are provided to all parties in a property transaction without delay
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Work to agreed company policies and processes at all times
  • Maintain all records on property software to a high standard and in line with data protection
  • Support other team members as and when required
  • Takes absolute ownership for the management of own workload and responsibilities
  • Takes payments from clients and updates the payment ledger
  • General administration such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
