About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at CLD Recruitment Careers. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for advertising properties for sale, registering vendors and applicants, and negotiating offers with both vendors and purchasers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising properties for sale, including collating and preparing advertising for online platforms.
- Registering both vendors and applicants, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collating information about each property, arranging for photographs, and performing general administration tasks.
- Lead chasing, following up on market appraisals and viewings, providing feedback, and communicating with all parties.
- Contacting vendors and providing up-to-date advice on property marketing and market conditions.
- Negotiating offers with vendors and purchasers, ensuring transactions are completed in line with estate agency procedures.
- Monitoring sales progress, liaising with interested parties, including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and other estate agents.
- Ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and conducting ID checks.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and strong self-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
