About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Principal Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects. As a key member of our Transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the planning, shaping, and management of complex digital change initiatives. Your expertise in agile project management and leadership will be essential in guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, shaping, and management of large-scale digital transformation projects
  • Collaborate with business leads and stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders
  • Manage complex supplier relationships and ensure effective working relationships with colleagues and third parties
  • Identify and escalate risks, resource, and cost/benefit management
  • Partner with Heads of Change & Transformation Delivery to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Senior Delivery Lead professional with experience in digital and customer projects
  • Agile project management expertise and experience in managing large-scale digital projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to present at Board level
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate and influence
  • Knowledge of the healthcare insurance market is advantageous
