Job Title: Digital Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Digital Modus Ltd. As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams to deliver solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and experience in managing digital transformation projects will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead project planning sessions and manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects
* Establish strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication, expectations, and project status updates
* Utilise Agile and Scrum frameworks to ensure efficient project delivery
* Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations

Requirements:

* Proven experience leading Agile projects with hands-on knowledge of Scrum frameworks
* Demonstrable experience delivering projects within the Salesforce ecosystem
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
* Strong project planning and organisational skills with experience in resource allocation and risk management
