About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Yorkshire Building Society. As a key member of our branch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to our members, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate great conversations with our members, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, using your knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to our members.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to learn and develop their skills. You'll be a great communicator, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be flexible in your approach to work.
