About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Islamic Help. As a key member of our Institutional Funding and Partnership Department, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding our relationships with institutions and other organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the identification of new partnerships in the UK, Europe, Asia, and North America.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring excellent partnership care and regular communication.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential donors and partners, including desk research and field visits.
  • Develop seasonal proposals and reports to secure funding and support for our programs.
  • Collaborate with operational and technical staff to assess the capacity of potential partners and facilitate capacity assessments.
  • Ensure effective coordination with partners and stakeholders to implement projects according to approved proposals.
  • Supervise the coordination with partners to achieve project deliverables and meet donor expectations.
  • Draft and negotiate agreements with donor partners.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and department.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar or related role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
  • Proven track record of securing funding and developing successful partnerships.
