Location: Belfast

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service within a dynamic team environment at our Belfast office.

As the primary point of contact for all domestic and commercial clients with gas meters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey with Calor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clear, informative, and expert guidance regarding all aspects of metered services with a confident and positive demeanor.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring that root causes are identified and communicated to the appropriate departments for corrective measures.
  • Accurately gather and update all necessary customer information.
  • Conduct all administrative tasks and reporting within strict deadlines, adhering to established processes and procedures.
  • Exhibit a collaborative spirit by supporting team members in various tasks with enthusiasm and approachability.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform any additional duties that may involve direct interaction with other departments.

Candidate Profile:

  • Consistently meet performance targets and standards related to productivity, schedule adherence, turnaround times, and quality.
  • Strong administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant customer service experience with a proven track record.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills, capable of resolving customer queries related to accounts, services, and billing within the department's service levels.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
