Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will collaborate with our educators, alongside other support personnel and therapists, to implement the curriculum and foster a nurturing environment tailored to diverse needs, including social, emotional, behavioral, communication, and learning difficulties.

As an Educational Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our pupils. Candidate Profile

We are eager to hear from individuals who possess a minimum of GCSE C or equivalent in English and Maths, along with some experience in special educational needs and a school environment.

Ideal candidates will be adaptable and prepared to undertake various classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors, according to individual requirements. With a responsive and compassionate approach, you may lead classroom activities, coordinate outdoor experiences, or supervise students as they explore their surroundings.
