As a Teaching Assistant with Randstad, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational development of young learners in our partner schools in Horsham. This is a long-term, full-time position, working term-time hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Support learners individually or in small groups, fostering a love of learning and promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Act as a positive role model in the classroom, setting a good example for students and colleagues alike.
- Assist the class teacher with resources and activities, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with staff, learners, and their families, promoting a sense of community and support.
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning.
- Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English.

- Confidence and motivation to guide individuals or small groups, with an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided).
