About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and therapists to deliver the curriculum and create a therapeutic environment for our students. You will work closely with our experienced teams to help our students with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs achieve real and significant progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers and therapists in delivering the curriculum and creating a therapeutic environment
  • Assist with preparing learning materials and running classroom activities
  • Take responsibility for the emotional and physical needs of students
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who has:

GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and MathsExperience working with SEN and in a school settingAdaptability and a willingness to work in a variety of classroom rolesWhat We Offer
