About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Tilbury Port Team as a Customer Operations Agent. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our team to ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of our vessels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the port team to ensure timely and safe vessel operations
  • Monitor and manage vessel traffic to maximize loads and minimize delays
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Full clean driving license and experience of working in a port environment
  • Good health and safety knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
