International Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team at Extreme Reach. In this role, you will play a key part in amplifying our brand and driving international growth across key markets.
As a member of our global marketing team, you will work closely with our sales and product departments to execute on our international strategy. You will be responsible for leading the planning, logistics, promotion, and budget management for standout events and marketing sponsorships across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage creative regional campaigns that drive local pipeline and increase brand visibility.
- Ensure smooth execution of cross-market initiatives by coordinating and communicating effectively across regions.
- Develop engaging short-form content for social media, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging that amplifies our international presence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor activities, providing insights to refine strategy, and keeping the company at the forefront of the market.
- Adapt global marketing opportunities for key markets, supporting localisations and translations across sales materials and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in tracking and reporting campaign success, helping the team optimise future marketing efforts through data-driven insights.
- Contribute to strategic content development, such as sales materials, long-form content, speaking presentations, and localised market insights.
- Support international industry engagements, such as collaboration and participation across advertising trade organisations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing campaigns and events.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and adaptable with a passion for learning and embracing new challenges.
- Experience in copywriting for social media and short-form content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with both local and international teams.
- Desire to grow in a dynamic, evolving role with an eagerness to take initiative.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or other email and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Background in AdTech, media, or advertising is preferred.
