We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home for older people in the Preston area.
The home provides a supportive environment for residents with dementia, and we are looking for a qualified Registered Manager who has prior experience in CQC-registered homes or a Deputy Manager ready for the step up.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 and will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of residents
- Collaborating with external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
- Driving continuous improvement and excellence in care provision
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in older people's or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Passion for delivering high-quality person-centered care
