Join Vetro Recruitment, a leading provider of social care professionals, in our search for an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our client's children's residential care home in Preston.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the safe and effective management of our client's children's residential care home. As a key member of our client's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's residential care home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies.
- Lead and develop a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to young people.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
- Manage the home's budget, ensuring effective financial management and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to ensure the home meets the company's standards and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential care home setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, staff, and external partners.
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and company policies, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
