Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that we meet our customer service goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as our company's policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify and escalate any customer complaints or issues to the relevant team members or management.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour, rising to £12.30 per hour after 12 weeks.
