Active Norfolk is dedicated to enhancing the physical activity levels within the community, collaborating with various partners to positively impact the lives of Norfolk residents. Our vision is to create an environment where physical activity is an integral part of everyday life for all.

Our strategic framework - 'Getting Norfolk Moving' - outlines ambitious objectives across four key areas: Children & Young People, Health & Well-being, Active Environments, and Strengthening Communities.

This position is part of our Children & Young People team, reporting directly to the CYP Strategic Lead. The successful candidate will engage with our CYP priorities and collaborate with associated partners.

About You:

We seek an individual with a comprehensive understanding of the local and national physical activity landscape, who is enthusiastic about the impact of physical activity on improving outcomes for young people and addressing inequalities.

In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we are looking for a proactive and adaptable professional who can engage in various thematic areas of work within the team. The role requires the development and maintenance of partnerships across NCC Children's Services, health, education, and other sectors.
