About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Producer to join our team at IMA-HOME. As an Assistant Producer, you will play a key role in supporting our producers and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our client services team and clients to manage projects through to completion.
  • Build relationships with experts from around the business to source locations, cast, and other resources.
  • Consolidate relevant information to create clear briefs for motion specialists and interpret client feedback.
  • Assist with booking project resources, including on-location crew and post-production teams.
  • Organize shoots, including sourcing locations, handling permits, and sorting logistics.
About the Team

The IMA-HOME Producers are at the heart of making it happen. We start in pre-production, managing and supporting the creative process while guiding it through. We resource the right team and ensure everything runs smoothly on shoot days. Collaborating with the post-production team, we work with all stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are sent on time and within budget.
