Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the production process, managing projects, and collaborating with our client services team and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our client services team to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with our in-house team of editors, motion graphics artists, art directors, and producers to bring projects to life.
  • Build strong relationships with experts from around the business to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Consolidate relevant information to create clear briefs for motion specialists and interpret client feedback.
  • Assist with booking project resources, including on-location crew and post-production teams.
  • Organize shoots, including sourcing locations, handling permits, and managing logistics.
