Situated in a serene countryside environment, our venue merges the comfort of home with the sophistication of a high-end service.

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will represent our establishment, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and appreciated from the moment they step through the door.

This role includes managing guest check-ins, serving patrons in the bar and lounge, and assisting with dining service.

Address guest inquiries and offer precise information regarding our services and local attractions.

  • Tackle and resolve guest issues or concerns swiftly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to guarantee smooth service.
  • Serve guests in the bar and lounge area, along with some dining service responsibilities.
  • Promote our amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
Prior experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with hotel management systems or a willingness to learn.
  • Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A genuine interest in a career in hospitality, with opportunities for growth.
