Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research to comprehend the needs and frameworks of large prospective clients, allowing for a highly targeted approach.
• Leverage our extensive database of over 800,000 subscribers to cultivate relationships with key influencers within target organizations, facilitating introductions to decision-makers in legal teams.
• Oversee and negotiate complex sales processes with global clients, managing their procurement procedures effectively.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Content teams to provide insightful market and client feedback, shaping the future of our offerings.
• Engage in occasional travel to client locations, events, and conferences within your designated territory.
• Present detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations to prospects, both in-person and online.
• Maintain accurate internal records, including CRM activity logs, sales forecasts, and monthly management reports.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the legal intelligence sector and our product positioning within it.
• Partner with Client Services and Account Management to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B New Business sales, utilizing a defined sales methodology.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets.
• Experience in managing complex sales processes and negotiating contracts.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and respond swiftly.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce experience.
• A sales-driven, team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
