Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Michelin-starred head chef in managing the hotel's kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of Michelin-quality cuisine for the hotel's esteemed Mediterranean restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and specials, showcasing the hotel's commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure seamless kitchen operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a pastry chef in a high-end hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry arts, including desserts, cakes, and pastries.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
