Identity and Access Management Assistant Manager

At Anson McCade, we're seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Assistant Manager to join our Cyber Security Team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-quality IAM work for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IAM project workstreams from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls, including strategy development and implementation planning.
  • Support the development of strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains, leveraging expertise in IAM tools and their integration with client IT systems.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in IAM requirements gathering, strategy development, and design, with a proven track record of managing and delivering IAM project components.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ability to analyze enterprise-scale user data, generate insights, and develop solutions, with a strong understanding of IAM best practices.
  • Eligibility for SC Clearance is a must.
