Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at HCR Ltd. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and psychiatrists, ensuring patient safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients, families, and carers, promoting independence and self-management
  • Monitor patients' progress, responding promptly to changes in their condition and adjusting care plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and professional standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
  • Valid in-date Nursing and Midwifery Council's (NMC) membership
  • At least 6 months of working experience with a valid UK visa
  • Vaccinated against Hep B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, and COVID 19
  • Has a valid DBS certificate that is on the DBS update service
  • Has a valid Bild/GSA Accredited PMVA training certificate
  • Indemnity Insurance
