In the role of Structural Engineer, you will take charge of the design and evaluation of various structures, guide junior engineers, and ensure that all projects adhere to the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct structural engineering projects from initial concept through to completion, covering residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
  • Conduct comprehensive structural analysis and design utilizing advanced engineering software and principles.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide integrated, cost-effective solutions.
  • Perform site inspections and assessments, offering technical guidance throughout the construction phase.
  • Review and validate engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is advantageous.
  • Expertise in structural analysis software.
  • Thorough understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
