Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team at Castle Employment Agency Ltd. As a key member of our engineering consultancy, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the commercial, managerial, and technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to meet their needs effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your skills in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Tedds, and Mathseries (or other relevant software like STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Robot, SAFE) to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Requirements:
  • Background: Strong background in civil or structural engineering with experience in project management, ability to manage multiple assignments, and consistently achieve results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in key engineering software and adaptable to learning new tools as needed.
  • Client Relationships: Demonstrated ability to maintain effective client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services, financially aware, and capable of working within commercial constraints.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, comfortable adapting to client needs and project requirements.
