**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Analyst to join our team at TeamLogic IT in SE Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will have a recent background using enterprise monitoring tools to monitor infrastructure, network, and applications for alerts and events that could impact services for users.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide support to incident and problem resolution activities, regularly engaging with other teams and/or suppliers to ensure service performance, availability, and security is maintained in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Track incidents using service management tools and produce supporting reports/data as required.
  • Understand and adhere to ITOC and ITIL event, incident, and problem management policies, procedures, OLAs, and SLAs.
  • Have knowledge of networks, operating systems, middleware, and applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge.
  • Understand and/or experience of adhering to ITIL v3/v4 service management processes and procedures.
  • Use an enterprise monitoring toolset to monitor infrastructure, network, and applications.

**Requirements**

  • Recent background using enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of networks, operating systems, middleware, and applications.
  • Understanding and/or experience of adhering to ITIL v3/v4 service management processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work with other teams and/or suppliers.
