Job Title: IT Knowledge Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading financial services solutions provider.

As a key member of a small but talented team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal business users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting 2nd line technical queries and providing timely resolutions
  • Setting up new users, configuring software and VPN access, and adhering to ISO processes
  • Training and supporting new users across software and IT services
  • Managing P1 and P2 incidents and utilizing an IT ticketing system
  • Knowledge of PC hardware, software, and their components in a business environment
  • Experience with Office365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Proven working knowledge of operating systems (Windows primarily) and ISO standards
