Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze infrastructure, network, and application performance using enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Provide timely and effective support for incident and problem resolution activities, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure service performance, availability, and security meet agreed-upon SLAs.
  • Track incidents and produce supporting reports/data as required, adhering to ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) event, incident, and problem management policies, procedures, OLAs, and SLAs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and maintain a willingness to learn new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of networks, operating systems, middleware, and applications.
  • Understanding and/or experience with ITIL v3/v4 service management processes and procedures.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring toolsets.
