Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:
Crest Nicholson plc is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase our thoughtfully-designed homes to customers after they're built, highlighting features such as flexible living and energy efficiency.
- Visit customers once they've moved in to ensure they are satisfied and address any concerns they may have.
- Build and foster strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the homebuilding industry is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- A natural ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
