About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Technical Services team as a Trainee Water Treatment Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in water hygiene and work with a leading independent Water Hygiene specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our internal chemists and mechanical engineers to deliver high-quality water treatment services.
  • Conduct fault finding, remediation, and installation, as well as ongoing maintenance of water treatment systems.
  • Perform water treatment analysis, system performance, and remediation works.
  • Carry out heating and chilled closed system works.
  • Servicing of water softeners and other water treatment systems.
  • Utilize in-house software to complete all work on an iPad.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a trade role, delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Passion and dedication to develop your career in water hygiene.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Proficiency in using IT equipment, including iPads and mobile phones.
  • Excellent time-keeping.
  • Flexibility to travel, dependent on business needs.
  • Full UK, manual, driving license.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience working on water systems in buildings or with water qualifications.
