About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Water Treatment Specialist to join our Technical Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality water treatment services across our client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in conjunction with internal chemists and mechanical engineers to deliver water treatment services
  • Fault finding, remediation, and installation of water treatment systems
  • Water treatment analysis, system performance, and remediation works
  • Carrying out heating and chilled closed system works
  • Servicing of water softeners and other water treatment systems
  • Completing all work on in-house software using an iPad
  • Delivering quality customer service to a variety of clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a trade role, delivering high-quality customer service
  • Passion and dedication to develop your career within water hygiene
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
  • The ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own
  • The ability to use IT equipment such as an iPad and mobile phone
  • Excellent time-keeping
  • Flexibility to travel (dependent on business needs)
  • Full UK, manual, driving license
