As the Hygiene Team Leader, you'll lead and support a team of hygiene staff, providing training and guidance to maintain our exceptional cleanliness standards. You'll prepare the factory for production start-up, ensuring proper cleaning chemical use and adherence to procedures. You'll also communicate any food safety, pest control, environmental, or health and safety issues to management promptly. Effective waste segregation and proper disposal of recyclable materials are essential responsibilities. Collaborating with other departments to coordinate hygiene activities and promote effective communication is crucial, as is upholding health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

We're seeking a proactive individual with a strong background in hygiene management. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of hygiene principles, practices, and regulations, along with exceptional leadership skills that inspire and motivate a team.
