Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Hygiene Section Leader to manage our PM shift hygiene team at our Eat Natural Halstead Plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support a team of hygiene staff, providing training and guidance to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards.
  2. Oversee daily and deep cleaning schedules, ensuring all tasks are documented and audit-ready.
  3. Prepare the factory for production start-up, ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to procedures.
  4. Communicate any food safety, pest control, environmental, or health and safety issues to management promptly.
  5. Ensure effective waste segregation and proper disposal of recyclable materials.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate hygiene activities and promote effective communication.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in hygiene management, comprehensive knowledge of hygiene principles, practices, and regulations, and exceptional leadership skills. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
