Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive Hygiene Team Leader to manage our PM shift hygiene team at our Eat Natural Halstead Plant. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of hygiene staff, providing training and guidance to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards.
  • Oversee daily and deep cleaning schedules, ensuring tasks are documented and audit-ready.
  • Prepare the factory for production start-up, ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to procedures.
  • Communicate any food safety, pest control, environmental, or health and safety issues to management promptly.
  • Ensure effective waste segregation and proper disposal of recyclable materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate hygiene activities and promote effective communication.
Requirements
