Job Description

As the Hygiene Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of hygiene staff, providing training and guidance to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing the factory for production start-up, ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to procedures.
  • Communicating food safety, pest control, environmental, or health and safety issues to management promptly.
  • Ensuring effective waste segregation and proper disposal of recyclable materials.
  • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate hygiene activities and promote effective communication.
  • Upholding health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements

We seek a proactive individual with a strong background in hygiene management. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of hygiene principles, practices, and regulations, along with exceptional leadership skills that inspire and motivate a team.
