Kinvr Digital is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google PPC Ads across the UK and Europe.
About the Role:
- Manage Google PPC ads in 6 countries, including branded and non-branded campaigns.
- Oversee Google Shopping Ads, ensuring product feeds are always up-to-date and optimized for conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and grow our presence in new markets.
- Collaborate with the Web and Marketing teams to create effective ad copy and targeted messaging.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with the Web, Sales, and Amazon teams to align advertising with sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (2:1 or higher) in marketing, business, or related field.
- Fluent in at least one European language (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or Italian preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., GA/GA4, Adobe, GTM).
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, algorithms, and attribution.
- Social media advertising experience (TikTok and Meta) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
