Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide staff teams to ensure effective daily support for service users.
- Assist the Registered Manager with various care and health administration tasks, including staff cover arrangements, individual care planning, health action plans, risk assessments, and service user review meetings.
- Engage in and supervise lifestyle activities for service users both within the facility and in the community.
- Provide assistance with personal care and medication administration.
About You:
- Empathetic and dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable adults with complex needs.
- Adaptable and flexible in your approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
- Able to inspire and empower others.
- Experience in supporting adults with learning difficulties and complex needs.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential.
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
