Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide staff teams to ensure effective daily support for service users.
  • Assist the Registered Manager with various care and health administration tasks, including staff cover arrangements, individual care planning, health action plans, risk assessments, and service user review meetings.
  • Engage in and supervise lifestyle activities for service users both within the facility and in the community.
  • Provide assistance with personal care and medication administration.

About You:

  • Empathetic and dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable adults with complex needs.
  • Adaptable and flexible in your approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
  • Able to inspire and empower others.
  • Experience in supporting adults with learning difficulties and complex needs.
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.
