Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

Location: Clayton-le-Woods, Preston

Salary: £37,170 - £39,120 PA (incl. sleeps and on-call allowance)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our children's home, providing exceptional care and support to our young people, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the accommodation office team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective operation of the children's home
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the provision of person-centered care and support
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a residential care setting, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Strong knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and promote a positive and inclusive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
