**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our team of support workers, ensuring that our children receive the highest level of care and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our children.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our children.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including education and therapy, to ensure a holistic approach to our children's care.
  • Provide guidance and support to support workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.

**Requirements:**

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a residential childcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for working with children and young people.
