Role Overview
As a Customer Onboarding Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboarding journey for our clients. This position emphasizes collaboration across various teams, including our Project and Development departments. Your key responsibilities will encompass diagnosing and resolving issues while delivering outstanding customer service.

Who We Are Looking For
This role is ideal for individuals eager to enhance their skills in a supportive environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction. While a technical background is advantageous, it is not mandatory; we prioritize a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development of our products by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues reported by clients, utilizing knowledge bases and problem-solving skills.
2. Collaborate with the Development team to escalate and resolve intricate software bugs or issues.
3. Respond promptly to client inquiries via various communication channels, providing clear and accurate technical support for product-related questions.
4. Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately in our support ticketing system.
5. Offer step-by-step guidance to clients on effectively utilizing software features and functionalities.
6. Identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback to provide insights for product enhancements and user experience improvements.
7. Support the Project team in creating and updating user manuals, guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
8. Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities to ensure product stability and functionality.
9. Stay informed about software updates, new releases, and industry trends to provide relevant and up-to-date support.
