Senior Registered Nurse Opportunity

Spire Cheshire Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Surgical Ward team. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

About the Role

  • Actively promote best practice and contribute to quality improvements
  • Support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
  • Assist in delivering care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs
  • Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information
  • Develop own knowledge and skills, as well as those of others
  • Promote best practice in health and safety and security
  • Assist in maintaining and developing services

Requirements

  • NMC registered, with no restrictions or conditions on your pin
  • Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to carry out wound dressings
  • Surgical Ward experience is essential
