About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Registered General Nurse at Care UK.

As a Senior Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to our care staff, supporting residents with complex needs, and delivering clinical excellence within the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management and infection prevention and control procedures
  • Contribute to the development of clinical excellence within the home

About You
  • NMC Registered Nurse with experience in clinical assessment tools and care planning
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
