About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Registered General Nurse at Care UK.

As a Senior Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership and clinical expertise to our care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Provide clinical nursing expertise, including medication management and infection prevention and control procedures
  • Contribute to the development of clinical excellence within the home

  • NMC Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care
  • Experience in clinical assessment tools, such as Waterlow and MUST
  • Ability to write comprehensive care plans
