The Role

  • Provide outstanding leadership for care staff and support residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels.
  • Deliver clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, and continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home.
  • Develop tailored care plans to deliver excellence across everything you do.

About You

  • An NMC Registered Nurse with experience in writing comprehensive care plans and understanding clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
  • A strong desire to help people and put residents at the heart of everything you do.
